Aleksandra Podniesińska

Aleksandra Podniesińska has over five years of work experience. In 2016, they began their career as a Freelancer at Wolters Kluwer. The following year, they took on an Intern role in the Accounting Department at Veolia Water Technologies. In 2018, they were an Intern in the Talent Team Consulting Department at Deloitte Polska. Aleksandra then took on the role of Rides Associate at Valleyfair Family Amusement Park in 2019. That same year, they returned to Deloitte Polska as a Coordinator in the Talent Team Consulting Department and Junior HR BP. In 2021, they were an HR Specialist and HR BP at Yieldbird. Currently, they are a People Operations Manager at Growbots.

Aleksandra Podniesińska obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics between 2015 and 2018. Aleksandra then participated in a student exchange program at Universidad Loyola in 2017, focusing on Business and Administration.
