Martyna Macul-Akçakaya has four years of professional work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Growbots. In 2020, they worked as a Conversational AI Specialist for MindBehind, a conversational customer engagement platform used to deploy intelligent virtual assistants (IVA) on any communication channel. In 2019, they were an International Marketing Manager at ALS Group Aybel Language Studies & Antalya Language School. In 2018, they worked as a Software Documentation Translator at S&T Services Polska Sp. z o.o.

Martyna Macul-Akçakaya began their educational journey in 2014 when they earned their Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu. Martyna then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, which they completed in 2017. In the same year, they were awarded a DAAD scholarship from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in the field of Translation and Interpreting. Finally, Martyna obtained their Magister (Mgr) degree in Lingwistyka from Jagiellonian University in 2019.
