Dr. Pankajkumar Mugaonkar

Dr. Pankajkumar Mugaonkar is an experienced professional in the field of fish business management and aquaculture. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Business Development at Growel Feeds Private Limited since May 2017, Dr. Mugaonkar previously worked at the Central Institute of Fisheries Education from 2010 to March 2017, focusing on the National Agriculture Innovation Fund related to fish and shrimp business, aquaculture economics, and supply chain management. Dr. Mugaonkar's academic background includes a Ph.D. scholarship in Fish Business Management and a role as Senior Research Fellow on a National Agriculture Innovation Project concerning polyculture practices in West Bengal. Earlier experience also includes serving as a Junior Research Fellow at the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, where research focused on organized fish retail outlets.
