Mary Johnson

Mary Johnson is a collaborative people leader with skills and expertise spanning multiple business practice areas, including People Operations strategy, communication, talent acquisition, employee engagement and client relationship management. Mary started her career at a nationwide Medication Therapy Management company, where she spent over five years serving as a senior member of the Provider Services team, responsible for managing and improving the performance of all national and regional chain pharmacy accounts. Mary led the development of the department’s communication strategy and efficient performance tracking, which led to increased participation from the pharmacy network and improved patient care. With her exceptional collaboration skills, Mary can communicate and work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
