Rajni Bansal

Rajni Bansal's work experience includes serving as the Head of Human Resources at Growexx since 2015 and as the Manager HR at Innovify from 2015 to 2021. Prior to that, Rajni worked as a Consultant at Approach International from 2011 to 2013 and as a Management Trainee at Bajaj Capital Ltd in 2010.

Rajni Bansal's education history begins in 1994 at Bihani Children's Academy in Sri Ganganagar, where they completed their XII degree in the field of PCM. This was followed by attending SDPG College in Sri Ganganagar from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree with a focus on PCM. Rajni Bansal then pursued a PGDM at the Asia Pacific Institute of Management from 2009 to 2011, specializing in HR and Marketing.
