Tammie Sweet

Tammie Sweet serves as the Executive Director at GrowFL since March 2024, focusing on elevating successful companies. In addition, Tammie Sweet has been a Non-profit Consultant at Sweet Brands since December 2023, assisting small- to medium-sized non-profit organizations with strategic marketing, fundraising, event planning, and business planning. Previously, Tammie Sweet held roles as Business Development Manager and Engagement Manager at Coastal Cloud from October 2021 to December 2023, and served as President/CEO at GrowFL and the Economic Development Council of Collier County for several years. Tammie Sweet has also contributed as Immediate Past Chair for the Florida Economic Development Council in a volunteer capacity. Tammie Sweet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Hodges University and has pursued education at Eckerd College.
