Elías Hernández has a diverse work experience. In 2017, they worked as an International Talent Selector at AIESEC in Spain and as the Secretary General at ADUMA. In 2018, they became the Chief People Officer at AIESEC in Málaga, where they were responsible for talent management and achieved significant results in recruitment and engagement. In 2019, they co-founded New Resort and served as the CEO until 2020. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an Online Marketing Specialist. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of GROWII.
Elías Hernández attended the Universidad de Málaga from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Management and Administration. Elías'sfield of study during this time included business, management, marketing, and related disciplines.
In addition to their degree, Elías Hernández also obtained various certifications. In February 2017, they became a Tutor de Derechos Humanos through the European Parliament. In May 2016, they achieved a B2 level in English from the University of Cambridge through Cambridge International Examinations. Elías also completed a course in cybersecurity, espionage, and cyber surveillance from INCIBE - Instituto Nacional de Ciberseguridad in March 2016. Furthermore, Elías obtained an A2 level in French from École de langue française Pierre, Paris in May 2014.
