Elvira Catter-Martinez

Elvira Catter-Martinez is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Director of Talent at Growing Up Green Charter Schools since May 2023. In this role, Elvira guides candidates through the recruitment process and enhances the application experience. Concurrently, Elvira works as a Career Coach and Recruitment Manager at True Career Solutions, where responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates while building strong relationships with stakeholders. Previous experience includes operational management at Growing Up Green Charter School, recruitment activities at Coro New York Leadership Center, and community outreach with the New York Restoration Project.
