Joëlle Dousedan, CRHA, is an experienced senior human resources professional currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at The Master Group since November 2022. Prior roles include Director of Organizational Development at Nestor, Consultant in Talent and Culture at j3d conseils, and Director of Talent & Culture at CARBONLEO, where Joëlle led organizational transformation. Additional experience encompasses directing human resources at Lassonde, managing change initiatives at SNC-Lavalin, and leading organizational transformation at Desjardins. Joëlle has also held positions in corporate human resources at Bombardier and MedPlan Communications and served as an HR Advisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
