Aubrey Bastian

Aubrey Bastian has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Aubrey is currently the Director of Talent Management at GROWMARK, Inc. since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Director at CHS Inc. from 2022 to 2023. Between 2011 and 2022, they held multiple roles at GROWMARK, Inc., including Senior Benefits Manager, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Member Employment, and Diversity and Privacy Manager. Before that, they were the Corporate Recruiting Manager at Morton Buildings, Inc. from 2008 to 2011. Aubrey began their career as a Technical Recruiter at TransTech IT Staffing from 2005 to 2008 and as a Public Relations Intern at Grant-Jacoby in 2004.

Aubrey Bastian graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies. Their focus within the field was Organizational/Corporate Communication. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2010, they earned a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, they obtained a Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS. Aubrey also holds two certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In 2016, they became a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP), and in 2020, they achieved the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation.
