Mark Hansen

Mark Hansen currently serves as Vice President of Corporate at the International Association of Defense Counsel, a position held since July 2022, contributing to a distinguished membership of corporate counsel and insurance defense attorneys. Additionally, Mark has been Senior Associate General Counsel at GROWMARK, Inc. since January 2022. Prior to these roles, Mark was a Shareholder at Heyl, Royster, Voelker & Allen from September 1994 to December 2021, where responsibilities included defense of complex litigation with a focus on professional liability, business and commercial litigation, and product liability. Mark chaired both the Legal Malpractice Practice Group and Product Liability Practice Group during tenure at Heyl, Royster, Voelker & Allen. Mark earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law (1991-1994) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University (1987-1991).
