Enzo Cruz

Enzo Cruz has a diverse work experience in the operations and management field. Enzo started their career at Uber in 2015 as an Operations Intern, where they led projects related to supply growth and played a key role in daily operations. Enzo also conceptualized and executed an on-demand project called UberCOFFEE.

Enzo continued their career at Uber as an Operations Associate in various roles. Enzo served as the Head of Vehicle Solutions in the Philippines, launching the Uber Vehicle Program and coordinating with different teams to ensure success. Enzo also handled Cebu operations, launching rider growth initiatives and strategic partnerships.

In 2018, Enzo joined Growsari as the Group Manager for Field Operations and Special Projects. Enzo set up the GS Big Box retail business, leading a team to expand the store base and drive sales growth. Enzo also established the onground Field Acquisition model, which allowed for rapid expansion and the acquisition of 20,000 stores in multiple areas.

Throughout their career, Enzo has demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management abilities, and the ability to drive growth and expansion for businesses.

Enzo Cruz attended Ateneo de Manila University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Outside of this education, Enzo also received a certification in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain, although the month and year of obtaining the certification are unknown.
