Fabiana Flores Almendras

Fabiana Flores Almendras has extensive work experience in software development and engineering roles. Fabiana is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer Project Lead at Growth Acceleration Partners since May 2022. Before that, they were a Full Stack Engineer at 22 Technology from December 2019 to April 2022. Prior to that, Fabiana worked at Mojix as a Team Lead & Sr Developer from November 2016 to December 2019, and as a Sr Developer from April 2015 to October 2016. Fabiana also has experience as a Senior Software Developer at Grupo Financiero Bisa - Bisa Seguros y Reaseguros from April 2014 to November 2014, at Xion Services S.R.L. from February 2013 to March 2014, and at Banco Central de Bolivia from 2011 to 2013. Fabiana began their career as a Tecnico Analista de Software at Registro Unico Para la Administracion Tributaria Municipal from 2007 to 2011. Fabiana also worked as a Docente de la Carrera de Ingenieria de Sistemas at Universidad de Aquino Bolivia from 2004 to 2006. Fabiana's expertise lies in software development, engineering, and project management.

Fabiana Flores Almendras is currently pursuing a Master of Data Science degree at Universidad Técnica de Oruro. Fabiana previously obtained a Licenciada en Ingenieria de Sistemas degree from Escuela Militar de Ingeniería "Mcal. Antonio José de Sucre" in 2003, with a field of study in Informática. In 2006, they completed a Maestría en Educación Superior, with a focus on Diplomado en Herramientas Macromedia, at Universidad De Aquino Bolivia. Additionally, Fabiana has a forthcoming certification in Machine Learning: Tecnología en la Toma de Decisiones from MIT Professional Education, obtained in 2023.
