Javier Esparragoza

Javier Esparragoza has a diverse and extensive work experience. Javier currently holds the position of Senior Delivery Director at Growth Acceleration Partners since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Endava, where they held two roles: Client Services Manager (Senior Consultant) and Senior Service Delivery Manager. At Endava, Javier was responsible for managing contractual service commitments, delivering end-to-end services, and acting as a bridge between operational teams and clients. Before joining Endava, they worked at Blackboard as a Service Delivery Manager, overseeing the Complex Managed Hosting Services Department. Javier also worked at Sutherland Global Services as a Service Delivery Manager for the NICE Systems LOB, managing a team and deploying solutions in NA and LATAM. Earlier in their career, Javier held the position of Project Coordinator at Avaya and worked in the oilfield for Schlumberger as a Field Specialist. Javier began their career at Oxy as a Telecommunication and Automation Engineer.

Javier Esparragoza holds a Master's degree in Telecommunication (curricula only) from the University of Buenos Aires, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Javier also has a Specialist degree in Telecommunication from the same university, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from the Universidad de Santander from 2000 to 2005. Javier has also obtained various certifications in IT service management, database migration, troubleshooting, VoIP integrations, and other related fields from institutions such as PeopleCert, NICE Systems, and Avaya.
