Victor Sanchez

Victor Sanchez is an experienced professional in Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition, currently serving as the Learning & Development Senior Manager at Growth Acceleration Partners since July 2013. In this role, Victor has led L&D operations throughout LATAM and the USA, successfully launching an Academy program that integrated a Learning Management System which achieved a notable 90% completion rate for cybersecurity and AI training while significantly reducing onboarding time. Previously, Victor served as a Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing recruitment across Costa Rica and Colombia for a range of technologies. Prior experience includes working as a Senior IT Recruiter at Prodigious Latin America and as a Language Quality specialist at Stream Global Services. Victor holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and People Management from EUDE Business School, as well as degrees in English Teaching and Industrial Psychology from Universidad Americana (CR), and a degree in Humanities from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR.
