Bonnie Piper is an accomplished educational and training professional with extensive experience in instructional design and development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Learning and Development at SEPHORA since September 2020, Bonnie has created innovative training solutions and programs that promote internal growth and foster leadership. Prior experience includes roles as a Training and Development Consultant at Mosaic, where Bonnie collaborated with utility companies to enhance safety training, and as an Instructional Designer at Nautilus Insurance Group, where Bonnie modernized learning practices and launched new training curricula. Bonnie's work is distinguished by a commitment to engaging learning experiences and data-driven strategies, further evidenced by earlier roles with MDS Communications Corporation and Heifer International. Bonnie holds a Master's degree in International/Global Studies from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Arizona State University.
