Cal O'Donnell

Cal O'Donnell is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Associate at Growth Catalyst Partners since May 2023. Previously, O'Donnell worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lincoln International, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions in the Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors from April 2021 to April 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Financial Institutions Credit Risk Analyst at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank, and leadership as Sector Head in the student-run BASIS organization, where a $5 million fixed income portfolio was managed. O'Donnell also gained experience as a Leveraged Finance Risk Summer Analyst at Barclays and completed an Honors Internship with the U.S. Department of Justice. O'Donnell holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech.
