Rina Smith

Rina Smith serves as Chief Financial Officer at Growth Ten since November 2022, overseeing the financial strategies for the holding company of Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology and AAA School of Advertising. Previously, Rina held the CFO position at Motsepe Group of Companies from July 2020 to October 2022, managing investments for Dr. Patrice Motsepe and family. Rina also served as CFO at Bravo Brands from January 2018 to June 2020, leading Africa's largest private equity-owned sleep and lounge product manufacturer. Additional experience includes roles as Financial Director at Thorburn Security Solutions, Group Financial Manager at Tsebo Solutions Group, Financial Executive at Plascon, Senior Internal Auditor at Barloworld Limited and BHP, and Trainee Accountant at HLB Prangleys. Rina holds several degrees in Accounting and Finance, is a Chartered Accountant, and has completed leadership development training at GIBS Business School.
