Emma van der Hilst

Emma van der Hilst is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and business planning. Currently serving as the Business Planning & Operations Director at Growth Tribe since March 2018, Emma has held various leadership roles including Operations Director and Program Manager. Prior to this, Emma was the General Manager at B. Startup School Amsterdam, where responsibilities included training over 450 trainees to meet the demands of the startup ecosystem. Emma also managed sales and marketing at GOSOAKY and LIKETHIS, contributing to the development of stylish rainwear and women's fashion respectively.
