Michael Dolan

Michael Dolan is the Senior Building Services Manager at Growthbuilt. Michael has over fifteen years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, working in various roles including mechanical engineer, building services manager, and senior building services manager.

Michael started their career as a mechanical engineer, working for Crystal Air Ltd from 2004 to 2007. Michael then joined MPI Group as a mechanical engineer, before moving to Arup in 2011. At Arup, Michael worked on a variety of projects, including the development of the London 2012 Olympic Stadium.

In 2013, Michael joined ADCO Constructions as a building services manager. Michael was quickly promoted to senior building services manager, a role they held until 2017. During their time at ADCO, Michael oversaw the construction of several large commercial developments in Sydney and Melbourne.

In 2017, Michael joined Growthbuilt as senior building services manager. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the construction of all Growthbuilt projects.

Michael Dolan has a Bachelor's Degree in Building Services Engineering from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
