Katherine MacRostie

Katherine MacRostie has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as the Principal Technical Program Manager at GrowthDay. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Product & Engineering Program Management at 6 River Systems, where they successfully implemented a quarterly planning process and led a cross-departmental initiative for prioritizing new product functionality. Katherine also held the position of Director of Product Scale & Enablement at Salsify, where they implemented frameworks and processes for goal-setting, product prioritization, and customer feedback tracking. Additionally, Katherine has experience at Pearson, where they served as a Program Director and Program Manager, overseeing global product platform initiatives and strategic EdTech programs. Katherine'searlier work experience includes roles at Harvard University, where they were a Project Director, Director of Administrative Systems, Acting Director of Administrative Computing, and Manager of Client Relations & Product Management. In these roles, they managed projects, developed systems, and collaborated with clients to create software solutions.

Katherine MacRostie holds an MBA degree from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from The Ohio State University. Katherine has obtained additional certifications including PMC Level I and II from Pragmatic Institute in 2022, as well as the SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2018.
