Karen Goldschmidt

Karen Goldschmidt is an experienced Organisational Coach and Facilitator. Karen has worked with Dialogue Dynamics, GrowthOps, Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, and IAG in various roles related to leadership, talent management, and HR strategy. Karen has a strong background in developing leadership capabilities, coaching managers, and facilitating workshops internationally. Karen's education includes a Master's degree in Human Resources from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
