Dirkje Bouma

Dirkje Bouma has over 15 years of experience in the financial sector. Dirkje started their career at INCA Portfolio Managers, where they held the position of Treasurer for six years. In 2010, they were promoted to Executive Director. Dirkje left INCA in 2012 to join Growthpoint, where they are currently Group Treasurer.

Dirkje Bouma has a CFA from the CFA Institute and a CAIB from the Institute of Bankers SA. Dirkje also has an MSc in Finance from the University of Strathclyde and a HEAO in Bedrijfseconomie from the Noordelijke Hogeschool Leeuwarden. Dirkje is also certified by the CFA Institute as a Certified Financial Analyst.

Their manager is Norbert Sasse, Group CEO. They work with David Stoll - Regional Head, Cape Town, Lauren Turner - Head of Investor Relations, and Olive Chauke - Human Resources Director.
