Douw Boshoff (MRICS, PhD)

Douw Boshoff is a Research Associate at GIBS Business School and a Research Fellow at the South African Reserve Bank. Douw previously served as the Managing Director of DGB Consulting Pty Ltd, providing strategic consulting services to various legal practices, real estate firms, financial institutions, and government departments. Boshoff has also worked as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Pretoria, an Internal Valuations Consultant at RMB Private Bank, and an Assistant Project Manager at Barrow Projects. Currently, Douw is also working as a Market & Investment Analyst and Property Valuer at Growthpoint Properties. Additionally, Boshoff has experience as the Managing Director of Assured Real Estate Consulting, specializing in valuations and asset enhancement services.
