Lucille Budhu

Lucille Budhu has extensive experience in the property management industry. Lucille is currently working as a Portfolio Manager at Growthpoint Properties since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Broll Property Group (Pty) Ltd from June 2021 to August 2022. Lucille also held the role of Portfolio Manager at Broll Property Group from June 2019 to May 2021. Earlier in their career, Lucille worked as a Senior Property Manager at Eris Property Group (Pty) Ltd from August 2002 to May 2019.

Lucille Budhu completed their Matric Exemption at Ladysmith Secondary School from 1992 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2009 to 2015. In 2006, Lucille also obtained a Certificate of Shopping Centre Management from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria. Lucille continued their education in 2007 with a CCPP qualification at the University of Pretoria. In 2008, Lucille earned an Advanced Certificate of Shopping Centre Management from the same university. Additionally, in 2014, they took the ESTATE AGENTS BOARD EXAM and obtained the PDE4 qualification.
