Panico Theocharides

Panico Theocharides is currently the Head of Investments at Growthpoint Properties. Prior to this role, Panico served as a Non Executive Director at Westbrooke S12J Alternative Tourism Property Fund and Westbrooke S12J Student Accomodation Property Fund. Panico previously held a position as a Director at boutique specialist property corporate advisory and investment firm, Tenurey BSM. With a background in corporate finance, Panico has also worked as the Head of Property Advisory at Investec and as the Joint CEO at Annuity Properties Limited, where responsibilities included company strategy, team leadership, acquisitions, capital raises, and stakeholder management. Panico holds a B.Comm Hons Accounting degree from the University of Port Elizabeth.
