Debbie Gray

Prior to joining GrowthPoint, Debbie Gray was Group HR Manager for Pyroban Group Ltd, following Caterpillar Plc purchasing the company. Before her time there, she worked as PA to the Pyroban Group directors for ten years.

Debbie also worked at PwC as PA to the Managing Partner of the Management Consulting Division and latterly as head of Support Services Training for EMEA.

Debbie started her career with Shearson Lehman Brothers where she spent two years in Sydney, Australia setting up their office to complete their global footprint.

Debbie graduated from Hull University in England with a BA in French Studies which included a year living in France working as an English assistant in a French high school.
