Ayelet Shrem

Ayelet Shrem has over 17 years of experience in various roles related to coaching, leadership development, and organizational consulting. Ayelet is currently working as a Change Coach at Ayelet Shrem Coaching since September 2019. Ayelet also serves as a Leadership and Management Coach and is responsible for Experts' Engagement and Community Development at GrowthSpace from October 2020.

Previously, Ayelet worked as a Senior Organizational Consultant and Coach at Performance Solutions Limited from September 2019 to September 2021. Ayelet Shrem obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from the years 1996 to 1999. During the same period, they also completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the same institution. Ayelet then pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior at Tel Aviv University from 2000 to 2002. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Group Facilitation certification from The Open University of Israel in June 2001, followed by a Life and Business Coaching certification from COACHME LIMITED in March 2006. Furthermore, they became an ICF (International Coaching Federation) Member and obtained an ICF Member Badge in November 2021. Ayelet is currently working towards completing the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification through the International Coaching Federation, with an expected completion date of October 2022.
