Eric Bierig

Eric Bierig has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Eric started their career as a Counselor and Head of the Internship Program at Camp Kaylie, where they provided daily living services to individuals with developmental disabilities and coached young adults in the internship program. Eric then worked as an Assistant Coach for Varsity Hockey at RAMBAM Mesivta High School.

Eric later joined the College of Staten Island, City University of New York as a Neuroscience Research Intern, where they performed various responsibilities related to hippocampal research.

Eric then gained experience in healthcare by interning as a Network Development and Physician Recruitment Intern at Mount Sinai Health System. In this role, they supported recruiting activities, developed job descriptions, and managed applicant tracking.

After that, Eric worked at Women's League Community Residences as a Direct Care Provider for men with developmental disabilities. Eric provided direct support services, assisted with recreational activities, and promoted community inclusion.

Eric transitioned into the field of Human Resources and Organization Development by working as a Human Resources and Organization Development Assistant at Local Projects. In this role, they supported senior project managers and the CEO in project management, and assisted the CFO in developing a compensation strategy.

Eric then moved on to the New York Power Authority, where they held multiple positions. Eric started as an Associate Talent Development Specialist and later became a Talent Development Specialist. In these roles, they led and developed training content, designed talent management strategies, and performed data analysis using SAP SuccessFactors.

Currently, Eric is working at GrowthSpace as a Customer Success Manager. Starting in 2023, they will transition into the role of a Growth Strategist.

Eric Bierig completed their education at Baruch College, where they obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Queens College and earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology between 2011 and 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, Eric also obtained certifications in MBTI (Step I & II) from The Myers-Briggs Company in November 2019 and Situational Leadership from The Ken Blanchard Companies in August 2018.
