Jill Haugene has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jill began their career in 1993 at Russell & Herder Advertising, where they worked in office administration and research as well as telemarketing. Jill provided support to the account executive staff and assisted with client relations. Additionally, they were responsible for hiring and managing telemarketing research staff.

In 1999, Jill joined Landis+Gyr, where they held various positions over a span of 17 years. Jill started as a Sales Support Manager, overseeing inside sales staff and ensuring order fulfillment satisfaction. Jill also managed forecasting for the North America sales team and international partners through a Customer Relationship Management ticketing system. Later, they became the Senior Manager of the Global Service Desk, where they managed a team of 45 people in four locations, providing service to over 500 utilities worldwide and servicing over 20 million meters. Jill was responsible for developing techniques and tools to enhance customer care, managing contractual obligations and key performance indicators, resolving product issues, and driving internal process improvements.

Since 2016, Jill has been serving as the Director of Customer Success at GrowthZone. In this role, they provide guidance and oversight to the onboarding, project management, web services, and technical support teams, ensuring a smooth transition and positive customer experience for Chamber or Association customers deploying the company's solution. Jill manages all aspects of customer support after the sale.

Jill Haugene completed their high school education at Brainerd High School.
