Caitlin Bond

Caitlin Bond is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, onboarding, and strategic services. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Onboarding and Strategic Services at PeopleGrove since May 2017, Caitlin leads a services team focused on crafting solutions that enhance customer growth and retention. Previously, Caitlin held the role of Head of Mentoring Programs, where a comprehensive service offering was developed to increase revenue and outperform competitors. Before joining PeopleGrove, Caitlin worked as a Staff Officer for Training Modernization at the Department of National Defence, where program development for military training was managed. Additionally, Caitlin has an extensive background in education, having been a high school teacher for over seven years and completing projects that include tree planting and educational assessments. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Visual Arts from Western University.
