Hemant Jain

Hemant Jain is an experienced Engineering Manager specializing in Quality Assurance and Software Development Engineering in Test (QA/SDET). Currently, at Groww, India since April 2022, Hemant leads quality strategy development across various products, managing a high-performing QA and SDET team of over 15 members. Prior to this, Hemant worked at Flipkart from August 2011 to April 2022, where notable contributions included developing innovative test strategies for critical initiatives and establishing the Performance Engineering charter, instrumental for events like Flipkart’s Big Billion Days. Earlier experience includes a position as a Software Engineer at Aditi Technologies, where Hemant focused on developing and automating test cases for key software features. Hemant holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Manipal Institute of Technology, completed in June 2008.
