Job description

THE ROLE:

We are in search of an experienced Paid Search Growth Marketing Manager to help lead key client relationships and are expected to be a strategic search leader within our internal teams. In all contexts, you'll be responsible for driving ROI and scale improvements for some of the smartest advertisers on Earth.

Ideal candidates have held an acquisition focused paid search role at a leading startup, large digital brand, or agency and also have experience working as a trusted partner to product and analytics teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Confidently and effectively lead client communications i.e. weekly, monthly meetings and QBRs.
  • Manage and lead paid media program through channel level strategies
  • Manage multiple paid channels; you a
  • Understand the analytics & measurement frameworks to develop campaign strategy & consistently improve client KPIs.
  • Lead short and long term cross channel strategic planning for client growth programs.
  • Lead and coach your junior teammates on owned accounts.
  • Consistently and positively influence revenue and grow key accounts.
  • Work with account leadership to identify upsell opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-4+ years working in direct-response focused paid media experience with a focus on paid search; YouTube and mobile search experience preferred
  • A track record of using paid search to achieve business goals.
  • Experience managing $2M+ annual media budgets.
  • Prior experience managing multiple accounts or LOBs.
  • Fundamental understanding of paid media with expertise in paid search.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills
  • Nice to have: Experience working with 3rd party tools and analytics such as DV360 or Mobile Measurement Partners.
