THE ROLE:
We are in search of an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help lead key client relationships, coach and mentor junior staffers, and be a strategic paid media leader within our internal teams. In all contexts, you'll be responsible for driving ROI and scale improvements for some of the smartest advertisers on Earth.
Ideal candidates have held an acquisition focused role at a leading startup, large digital brand, or agency and have cross channel experience on all major paid media channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage multiple channels at scale with expertise preferred in search channels
Lead cross channel strategies that positively impact Client’s paid media program
Autonomously manage large annual budgets across 2+ paid media channels
Lead communication with client accounts and other stakeholders
Lead short and long term strategic planning for client growth programs
Coach and develop junior teammates
Understand and can communicate data driven insights, the analytics & measurement frameworks to develop campaign strategy & consistently improve client KPIs.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position. Employees can work remotely from any location within the US, but please note that working hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Pacific Time.
