THE ROLE:

We are in search of an experienced  Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help lead key client relationships, coach and mentor junior staffers, and be a strategic paid media leader within our internal teams. In all contexts, you'll be responsible for driving ROI and scale improvements for some of the smartest advertisers on Earth.

Ideal candidates have held an acquisition focused role at a leading startup, large digital brand, or agency and have cross channel experience on all major paid media channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage multiple channels at scale with expertise preferred in search channels

  • Lead cross channel strategies that positively impact Client’s paid media program

  • Autonomously manage large annual budgets across 2+ paid media channels

  • Lead communication with client accounts and other stakeholders

  • Lead short and long term strategic planning for client growth programs

  • Coach and develop junior teammates

  • Understand and can communicate data driven insights, the analytics & measurement frameworks to develop campaign strategy & consistently improve client KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4-6+ years working in direct-response focused paid media experience
  • A track record of using paid media  to achieve business goals.
  • Experience managing large $2M-$5M+ annual media budgets.
  • Prior experience managing multiple accounts or LOBs.
  • Fundamental understanding of paid media with expertise in paid search.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills
  • Nice to have: Experience working with 3rd party tools and analytics such as DV360 or Mobile Measurement Partners.
