Courtney Vann (Kyte)

Courtney Vann (Kyte) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Courtney currently works at Bamboo as the Director of Business Operations. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Business Operations Manager at Bamboo. Courtney also had experience as the Business Operations Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO at Bamboo and as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at the same company.

Before joining Bamboo, Courtney worked at Publicis Seattle as a Business Affairs Manager. Courtney also gained experience at Nike, where they held the positions of Global Brand Marketing Business Affairs Operations Coordinator and Senior Administrative Assistant II, Global Digital Commerce.

Courtney also worked as a Policy Analyst and Researcher at Tonkon Torp LLP and as an Administrative Assistant II, Commercial Banking and Universal Associate at Umpqua Bank. Courtney started their career with an internship at Ron Wyden for Senate and Harsch Investment Properties.

Courtney Vann (Kyte) obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science - Foreign Policy from Oregon State University, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications over the years. These include a certification in Mystery Writing from Seattle Central College, obtained in July 2023; a certification in Strategies to Foster Inclusive Language at Work from LinkedIn, obtained in June 2022; a certification as a Certified Workplace Mindfulness Faciliatator from Mindful Leader, obtained in April 2022; a Certificate of Completion for a 6-night Meditation Retreat from InsightLA Meditation, obtained in July 2021; a certification in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) from Mindful Leader, obtained in April 2021; a Certificate in Mindfulness from ALLEGRA LEARNING SOLUTIONS, LLC, obtained in May 2019; and an AIARE 1 certification in Avalanche Hazard Management and Companion Rescue from The American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education, obtained in December 2016.
