Manu Rikhye

Manu Rikhye is a partner at growX ventures. Manu has previous experience working in business strategy, operations, and talent management. Rikhye has also worked in consumer debt management and recovery. In 2005, they spearhead Encore Capital Group's India operations. Under their direction, the company's retail consumer recovery from India Business Operations grew from $40K in 2005 to $176M in 2014. In 2015, they played a key role in the acquisition of Baycorp. Rikhye is also an active member of GIC (Global In House Centers) in India under the ambit of NASSCOM.

Manu Rikhye was educated at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where they earned an executive program in business management. Manu also holds a degree in hotel management from IHM Pusa.
