Adi Hristova

Adi Hristova has a diverse range of work experience. Adi is currently the Co-Founder of growyze, a smart workflow automation software for Hospitality & Leisure businesses. Adi also worked as a Sustainability Consultant at EPN Consulting Limited and as an International Business Development/Consultant at Winnovart. Adi has experience in marketing and communications, having held roles such as Marketing Executive at Cluster Sofia Knowledge City and Marketing Manager/International Relations at the Knowledge, Innovation and Strategies Management Club. Adi has also worked in entrepreneurship and innovation, serving as an Entrepreneurship & Innovation Officer at Caban Capital Ltd. Additionally, Adi has held positions in analyst and international relations management roles at STC Energy and HIRON Innovation Management respectively.

Adi Hristova has a diverse education history. Adi obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physical Education Teaching and Tennis Coaching from the National Sports Academy "Vassil Levski" from 2004 to 2009. Adi also completed a Vocational Qualification in Sports Management from the same institution from 2006 to 2008.

In 2010 to 2011, Adi pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Sports Management from London Metropolitan University. Adi further enhanced their knowledge and skills by completing a Diploma in Event Management with PR, Online PR, and Social Media from the Fitzwilliam Institute Group in 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Adi also holds several certifications. These include the Social Value and Social Return on Investment (SROI) certification from Social Value UK in 2018, the Design Thinking for Digital Innovation certification from DigiThink in 2017, and the Business Management with Accounting certification from International Training Accreditation.
