Amela Kolenovic

Amela Kolenovic serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Growzillas since January 2022 and has been recognized as a National Expert for the Health Support Programme in Kosovo within the KSV/017 Project at Lux-Development since December 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Expert Coordinator at Gazprom Neft from January 2012 to November 2016 and as Six Sigma Leader/Process Management Manager at Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo from February 2006 to July 2011. Amela began a career in human rights as a Human Rights Assistant with the OSCE from September 2002 to February 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International Politics and Economics from Kingston University (2010-2011) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Prishtina (2001-2004).
