Andrea Braganza has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in HR Operations at GRP Ltd since September 2021, where responsibilities include payroll, insurance, HR compliance, and employee engagement. Previously held roles include Human Resources Executive focused on talent acquisition and Human Resources Generalist at SuccessR HR Tech Pvt Ltd, as well as Human Resources Executive in the healthcare sector at Crystal Solutions Ltd. Andrea’s career began with a summer internship at Masina Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource from Welingkar Institute of Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mumbai.
