Tim Bakker currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at GRP|WEGMAN since January 2023. Previously, Tim held several key positions at Johnson Controls from 2009 to January 2023, including Executive Director for Performance Infrastructure C&I and various leadership roles in sales and account management. Tim's experience also includes a tenure at Siemens focused on building performance and sustainability and a managerial role at Schneider Electric overseeing integrated technology offerings. Earlier in Tim's career, positions included Area General Manager and Regional Sales Director at Johnson Controls, as well as being a pastor at Community Christian Church from 2003 to 2009. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Purdue University Northwest, earned between 1987 and 1991.
