Aicha Benamar

Aicha BENAMAR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Aicha started their career in 2003 as an Ingénieur Métallurgiste et Soudage at Groupe Institut de Soudure, where they held positions such as Inspecteur Soudage, QMOS, QS et CND, Inpecteur Qualification Soudeur, and Formateur in mètallurgie du soudage et CND. Aicha also worked as a consultant or advisor for clients including Total, Saipem, GRTgaz, and EDF. In 2008, they joined ENGIE as a Chargée de Mission Innovation and later became an Ingénieur de Recherche confirmé. Aicha'sresponsibilities at ENGIE included conducting studies, tests, and monitoring in the field of integrity of metal pipelines, as well as overseeing software development projects in the inspection field. Since 2018, they have been with GRTgaz, initially serving as Chef de Projet Innovation and currently as Head of Design Lab and Communication for Innovation.

Aicha BENAMAR holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Metallurgy and Welding from Ecole centrale de Lyon, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. In 2021, they received a UX Design Certificate from Le Laptop, focusing on general technology and design. Aicha has also pursued additional education, including Business Model - Lean Canvas training at SKEMA Business School in 2014 and Creativity and Problem Solving at Créargie in 2009.
