Carine Lacroix

Carine Lacroix is an accomplished R&D Project Manager at GRTgaz, where responsibilities include coordinating research programs focused on gas distribution network integrity and advancements in materials, pipeline surveillance, and construction techniques. Previously, Carine served as a Research Engineer at GRTgaz’s RICE center and at ENGIE, specializing in pipeline inspection and integrity related to polymers and composites, with international collaboration experience in Singapore. Additional roles include material engineering and research positions at Alter Solutions, Arkema, BASF, and Nuplex Resins, with a strong emphasis on polymer science, organic electronics, and the physico-chemical characterization of materials. Carine holds a PhD in Polymer Sciences from Bordeaux University and an engineering degree in Material Sciences from Ecole nationale supérieure de Chimie et de Physique de Bordeaux.
