Flavia Soto

Flavia Soto has a diverse work experience in the field of legal and corporate governance. Flavia started their career as a Corporate Legal Counsel at GPC Participações S.A in 1999 and worked there until 2007. Flavia then joined Souza Cruz as a Managing Counsel from May 2007 to December 2013. Following that, they worked at INVEPAR as a Corporate Governance Manager from December 2013 to April 2016. Currently, Flavia is serving as the Regulatory Affairs, Legal and Corporate Governance Director at GRU Airport - Aeroporto Internacional de São Paulo since April 2016.

Flavia Soto has an extensive education history. Flavia began their educational journey in 1994 at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they pursued a degree in Direito and graduated in 1999. In 2002, they enrolled at Ibmec and completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Direito Empresarial in 2004. Continuing their education, from 2007 to 2009, they attended Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos Tributários, where they earned a Pós-Graduação in Direito Tributário. Lastly, from 2010 to 2012, Flavia pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, specializing in Gestão Financeira, Auditoria e Controladoria.
