Ronaldo Ryong

Ronaldo Ryong has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Ronaldo started their career as an Agente AVSEC at PROAIR Serviços Auxiliares de Transporte Aéreo LTDA in 2005 and worked there until 2013. During this time, they focused on ensuring the security of international civil aviation.

In 2014, Ronaldo joined GRU Airport - Aeroporto Internacional de São Paulo where they held multiple roles. Ronaldo initially worked as a Professional AVSEC, specializing in security and monitoring through closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems. Ronaldo remained in this position until 2018.

Afterwards, Ronaldo transitioned to the position of Técnico em Operações Aéreas no Centro de Controle Operacional (CCO) at GRU Airport. Here, they were responsible for various operational aspects of the airport, including coordinating airport resource distribution and updating flight information panels. Ronaldo also worked closely with the Control Tower to ensure efficient and safe operations, particularly in managing aircraft towing and release for flight.

Additionally, Ronaldo was involved in emergency coordination at the Center for Emergency Control (COE), where they implemented necessary actions to address situations that could jeopardize airport safety and operations.
