Andrew Rosti

Vice President - Investments at Grubb Properties

Andrew Rosti has a diverse work experience, starting as an Equity Research Analyst supporting mutual funds and fixed-income analysis. Andrew then transitioned to real estate, working at PNC Realty Investors in various roles from Analyst to Associate, focusing on development underwriting and acquisitions. Andrew then moved to Charlotte Mecklenburg Housing Partnership as Vice President of Development, where they led economic and commercial development activities. Later, they joined Grubb Properties, starting as an Associate and progressing to Director and Vice President of Investments. Additionally, they have been involved in leadership roles at Urban Land Institute (Charlotte), serving as Chairperson for the Membership Committee and Networks Initiative.

Andrew Rosti earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Virginia in 2006. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, completing their studies in 2013.
