Dave Stewart

Dave Stewart started their career as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in June 2008. Dave then worked as an Asset Analyst at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital. Stewart pursued an MBA at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from August 2011 to May 2013. Following this, they took on a role in Asset Management at Dividend Capital. Dave later joined Northmarq as Vice President in August 2013, where they remained until January 2022. Currently, Stewart serves as the VP of Finance at Grubb Properties starting in February 2022.

Dave Stewart obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina. Dave then went on to earn a Master's degree in Real Estate/Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Additionally, Dave Stewart holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker's License from the NC Real Estate Commission.
