Parker Smith

Parker Smith has a diverse work experience in the real estate and investment industry. Starting as a Summer Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield in 2013, they later worked as a Paralegal at Hunton & Williams LLP. Parker then transitioned to AvalonBay Communities where they served as an Analyst. Since 2018, Parker has been with Grubb Properties, progressing from a Summer Associate to their current role as Director of Investments.

Parker Smith obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Marketing, and Real Estate from the University of Virginia in 2013. In 2019, Parker completed a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
