Delaney Morris

Delaney Morris possesses extensive experience in operations and customer experience, currently serving as Manager of Campus Care Operations at Grubhub since December 2018, after progressing from Customer Experience Lead and Operations Associate. Prior to Grubhub, Delaney worked as an Operations Associate at Tapingo and held various roles at Anthropologie, including Senior Customer Associate and Visual Display Intern, where skills in customer engagement and visual merchandising were developed. Delaney also participated in a Cross Cultural Management seminar at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, enhancing problem-solving and decision-making abilities through cross-cultural training. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Global Business, Leadership Studies, and Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder, complemented by a study abroad semester in international business.
