Joshua Jada has over eight years of experience in operational and customer service roles. Currently a Lead Specialist at Grubhub since February 2017, Joshua Jada develops innovative solutions by analyzing performance data and trends in customer marketplaces. Joshua Jada has a strong focus on efficiency, coaching new and existing personnel on industry best practices.
