Matthew Keeler

VP, Marketplace Growth at Grubhub

Matthew Keeler is the Vice President of Marketplace Growth at Grubhub. Matthew has held this position since September 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Strategy & Operations from September 2019 to April 2021. In this role, they led a multi-disciplinary team to develop comprehensive new product and services strategies. Matthew also drove the evaluation of steady-state and inorganic growth opportunities, including engagement with key executive stakeholders, detailed financial modeling, and due diligence of key market partners and acquisition targets. Matthew was responsible for the product development roadmap, performance measurement and establishment of long-term financial targets.

Prior to joining Grubhub, Keeler served as the Vice President of Sales / Operations at Groupon from June 2011 to August 2019. In this role, they were responsible for strategy development and execution related to all SaaS and software services products within Dell's Consumer and SMB business globally. Matthew also drove the ongoing management, development, launch and rationalization of Dell's existing portfolio of owned and third party software services products.

Keeler began their career as an Associate in Technology Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley from August 2006 to January 2009. Matthew then served as the Director of Global Strategy Development for Consumer & SMB Services at Dell from November 2009 to June 2011.

Matthew Keeler received their Masters of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth with a concentration in General Management. Matthew also has a BS from the University of Virginia in Commerce - Finance and MIS concentrations. In addition, they have a certification from Pragmatic Marketing.
